I’m selling my meticulously maintained 150-gallon peninsula-style mixed reef tank, a complete setup with everything you need. This isn’t just a tank; it’s the culmination of over 30 years of reef-keeping experience, built with patience and dedication.
Every single coral in this tank has been grown from a small frag, creating a thriving, stable ecosystem that is both healthy and vibrant. The fish are equally robust. With the exception of a tank-raised Biota yellow tang, all fish were sourced from trusted local stores, Limited Edition Corals and Aquarium Arts. The gorgeous, vibrant blue tang has been with me since it was just the size of a quarter. All fish are healthy eaters and readily accept a variety of foods, including pellets, flakes, and frozen foods. Even the two anthias have been trained to eat anything offered.
This setup is ready for its new home. We’re moving abroad in about a year and a half, so we’re not in a rush to sell. The ideal buyer would be someone looking to take this entire, established ecosystem as a complete package.
